The University of Bath International Study Centre offers pathway programmes designed to help you prepare for student life at a top UK university. We provide international students with the strongest possible beginning to their academic journey. Here, you'll receive specialist teaching in English language, degree-study preparation and the skills that set you up for success.
You’ll learn alongside other international students on programmes developed with the University of Bath. With personalised support, expert teaching and a learning environment designed for international students, you’ll build the academic foundation, independence and confidence you need to thrive at a top UK university.

Start your journey with us
The International Study Centre is located on the University of Bath campus. You'll be part of the University from the day you arrive at the International Study Centre. This means you'll have access to all the campus facilities, including teaching facilities, learning spaces, Sports Training Village, 24/7 library, restaurants, shops, cafes, and more.
As an International Study Centre student, you'll develop the skills you need to progress to degree level study. You'll learn with other international students, discovering university and UK life together. With the support of your tutors and classmates, as well University staff and other students, you'll feel at home at Bath.
It can be challenging to study at a university when you aren’t used to the local education system. We provide specially designed programmes taught by expert staff, so you'll learn the language, academic and study skills you’ll need to thrive at the University of Bath.
